What Is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout for just €6.00. It gives you peace of mind knowing that if your package does not arrive within 16 days, or arrives damaged, you are fully covered.

Without Shipping Protection, Peptide.ST cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once your package leaves our facility. Standard orders are shipped with tracking, but refunds or replacements for courier-related issues are not guaranteed.

By adding Shipping Protection to your order, you unlock the right to a full refund or replacement, no questions asked, if your order does not arrive in time or arrives in unacceptable condition.

What Is Covered

Shipping Protection covers the following scenarios:

  • Late delivery: If your package has not arrived within 16 days of your confirmed shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund of your order total
  • Damaged goods: If your package arrives visibly damaged or the product inside is broken, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days and the package is officially lost, you are fully covered

To submit a claim, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date (Day 16) or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible.

For damaged goods claims, a photo of the damaged product and packaging must be provided when contacting support.

How to Claim

Claiming your refund or replacement is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Navigate to peptide.st/contact and open a support ticket
  • Step 2: Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (late, lost, or damaged)
  • Step 3: If claiming for damage, attach clear photos of the product and the outer packaging
  • Step 4: Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and process your refund or ship a replacement

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

When does the 16-day window start?

The 16-day delivery window begins on the date your shipping confirmation email is sent, which includes your tracking number.

Can I add Shipping Protection after placing my order?

No. Shipping Protection must be added at checkout before your order is confirmed. It cannot be applied retroactively.

What counts as "damaged"?

A package is considered damaged if the product itself (vial, seal, label, or packaging) has been visibly compromised during transit. Minor cosmetic box dents that do not affect the product do not qualify.

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

Yes. When submitting your claim, simply indicate whether you prefer a refund or a free replacement shipment, and our team will accommodate your request.
