Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through Peptide.ST ("we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase any products.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Research Use Only

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution operating under applicable regulations, and that you will use these products exclusively within a controlled research environment. Peptide.ST bears no responsibility for any misuse, off-label application, or non-research use of any products.

Eligibility

To purchase from Peptide.ST you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a licensed researcher, qualified professional, or institutional buyer
• Be located in a jurisdiction where the purchase and receipt of research peptides is lawful
• Agree that you will not resell or redistribute products to unauthorized parties

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we have reason to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

Products & Orders

All product descriptions, purity specifications, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) documents are provided in good faith and based on independent third-party laboratory testing. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations between lots may occur and are noted in the respective COA.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Upon confirmation, you will receive an order summary via email. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

Payments

All transactions are processed securely. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes or import duties, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Peptide.ST is not responsible for any additional charges levied by customs authorities in your jurisdiction.

Shipping & Delivery

Peptide.ST ships internationally where legally permitted. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands with temperature-monitored cold-chain packaging to preserve compound integrity.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only. Peptide.ST is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Shipping insurance is adviced, and we are not able to refund you if the package is seized.

• EU: 3–7 business days
• International: 3–12 business days

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and cold-chain requirements, we do not accept returns of opened products. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective order, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Approved claims will be resolved by replacement shipment or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are issued only in cases of confirmed fulfillment error by Peptide.ST.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, imagery, protocols, guides, logos, and design, is the property of Peptide.ST or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written consent from Peptide.ST. Educational and scientific citations are permitted with proper attribution.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is not able to be returned, you may recieve a refund if there is any mistakes on our side.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptide.ST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Peptide.ST products or this website for any of the following:

• Human or animal consumption or administration
• Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Resale to unlicensed third parties
• Use in unapproved or unregulated clinical settings
• Reverse engineering or reverse synthesis for commercial replication

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate order cancellation, account suspension, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
